At DECKO, we are committed to providing our customers across Europe with fast and competitive delivery solutions. We collaborate with reputable European logistics partners to ensure that your orders are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. All shipments originate from our warehouse located in Budapest:

Delivery Timeframes

For most European metro areas, our standard delivery timeframe is 3–7 business days. Remote or less accessible locations may take longer, typically 7–14 business days. We work diligently to dispatch all orders promptly from available stock; however, delays may occasionally occur due to stock shortages or high order volumes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location, order weight, and dimensions. For larger or bulk orders, additional freight charges may apply. If necessary, we will contact you to confirm any changes to shipping costs.

If you are dissatisfied with the shipping quote for larger shipments, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to optimize freight costs. For bulky orders, we may recommend delivery to the nearest depot or discuss alternative solutions.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available from our Budapest warehouse:

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept the shipment, or failure to pay applicable duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees.

Order Cancellations and Refunds

In compliance with EU Consumer Rights regulations, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders under the following circumstances:

  • Shipping to a specified location is impractical or excessively costly.

  • Errors in pricing or discounts not approved by us.

  • Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or logistical challenges.

In such cases, we will promptly notify you and issue a full refund, including any shipping fees paid.

Freight Optimization

For large or bulky shipments, we may recommend depot delivery or additional freight options to optimize costs. If you have concerns about the shipping charges, please contact us to explore alternative solutions.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@deckodiy.eu immediately. We will work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
